Olympic shooting

Date of Article: Monday the 2nd of August Name of Author: Vika

There was a shooting competition at the olympic games. Vika  was practicing for this day to win for my country. Vika practised so hard for this day just to get here and all Vika had to do was shoot right at the target and hope it landed somewhere good. They all had to stand behind the place where they got the guns at. After they got the guns and put sound proof headphones on. They were ready and they got the count of three to shoot their last and only bullet to win. The following people who hadn’t shoten yet were very focused. They got so close but yet so far unfortunately they had a miss shot. Vika hadn’t shot yet. She had an opportunity and shot her last bullet hoping to get a gold medal for New Zealand or just somewhere in the top three. Vika waited until her bullet had landed on the middle of the target and then it did. She was so happy and filled with excitement and as she finished the competition she had a lot ahead of her if she would compete in the next game.
