→So the food doesn't get overcooked on one side so it can fully cook and not be cooked on one side.

6. When making ‘Otai, explain why people in Tonga might use coconut milk instead of cow's milk. 


→They have cows but not many. They use coconut milk because there are lots of coconuts and it is there. 


7. Write what Tongan dishes you would like to try and why.

→ Lu Sipi is one because It is my favourite and I eat it all the time 

Topai is another one because it is sweet and yum but I have already tried it 

Otai is another one. I like the mango version because I have already tasted it and would want another one.
