5 facts about goal settings

 Fact 1 -

Specific goal:

Score at  least 90% on the next

science exam four weeks from now

to help you get into a great university.

Fact 2 -

Measurable, Metrics attached to the goal, doing well

on your exam is a poor goal, It is not

measurable and has no clear way to

define success or failure.

Fact 3 -

Achievable:

Break the goal down but how do you get 90% in a week.

probably taking notes in class, or spend 30 minutes

three night week studying. And partnering with a

friend to review.

Fact 4 -

 Relevant: ask yourselves these Questions,

Does this goal align with my long-term ob objectives?  Does it

keep me on track for other goals in my life? Will focusing

on this goal pull me away from other more important goals?

Fact 5 -  Time bound: work backwards and set

smaller steps. Your goal won’t happen without a

deadline, You can slowly climb up as you learn in times.
