What I did to make this was to read about the 17 facts and then I just had to write it down in my own words.

The next thing I had to do was just to colour it in just to make it colourful it is just so nice when it coloured in.

The last thing I had to do is to make sure it was all right and the middle circle was just for the similar text.

ANZAC letter

This is my letter to the Anzac soldiers who fought in war an they fought for there country we thank them,

baking Anzac cookies for Anzac day

The second thing I have to do is grease and line my baking tray with baking paper. When I have finished lining my baking tray, I’m going to put it in the oven.

The third thing is that I have to mix the dry ingredients. I have to put in 1 cup of flour and then when I have finished mixing the flour, I have to add a cup of caster sugar. Then I mix the caster sugar with the flour and then add a cup of rolled oats and a cup of coconut.

Once I have added all of the ingredients inside the bowl I’m going to put the empty bowl, tray, and cup on the side that has nothing so I have room to put the ingredients.

Once I have put my empty bowls, tray and cups on the other side I have to start mixing my bowl that has some of the ingredients in it. I start mixing for a couple of minutes and then I have to make a well out of the ingredients. This is like a hole in the middle of my flour and ingredients and I have to set it to the side for later.

Next what I want to do is to put my 125 grams of butter into a sauce pan and probably with the golden syrup

Then start mixing it on the element and keep mixing until its been melted

Then while I mixing I have to turn on the jug and then keep mixing for a few minutes longer and then after we have finished that then we will and then turn the oven to low heat and then stir slowly

When I finished stirring then I poured the jug into a very little plastic cup and then started stirring and then stirred it for a few moments longer and then when finished then poured the water inside the pot with the butter and the golden syrup.

Then start stir First I have to turn my oven to 180 degrees so that my biscuits are ready to go in.

Once I have stopped mixing and it looks all crunchy and soft and yellow I will put my hands in and mix it up with my hand.

Then I'll bring the baking tray and put the cookies on there one by one and then I’ll back it for minutes and then when I am done with my cookies I‘ll eat them.

What's in Miss West's hand

On the first day of June, Miss West went out to her backyard to do her gardening when she saw something that was crawling in the garden.  She didn’t want to look at it but then she cupped it in her hands. She came to show me that she found a creature in her garden. When Miss West finished telling me what the creature looked like, I suspected it would have been a frog, lizard or yellow warbler, but they were all wrong except for one answer. It was a lizard. I was wondering how it got to Miss West’s garden but who knows. You might even spot a spider in your garden.

The three eyed snake found in Australia,

In March, Australia discovered that there was a three eyed snake.The snake that they found was called a python.The rangers found the python near a town called Humpty Doo on the highway.The python was three months old when they found it.The python struggled to eat and it was forty centimetres and 15 inches long.The python was forty five kilometres from Darwin. The python was caught slithering on the highway. The python got taken to a vet and the x-ray said that the python had three eyes. The Monty python is the rarest snake in Australia. This was the first time that Australia discovered that they had a three eyed snake in their country.

This is my activity and I had to re write this this article. This article was really short and didn't have much detail so we had to re-write the news article using more descriptive words and detail. We had to make sure it was in our own words.

The mystery Box in my garden

On the 3rd of June I was just digging in my garden. All of a sudden, I saw something metal in my garden! I pulled it out and it was a medium box. It was very very gigantic. It was about 4 feet tall and there was a little paper on the box that said ‘Mystery box’. But it didn’t look like a mystery box to me because it was very rusty, it was old, bent on the top of the box and it was also curved at the bottom. I wanted to take a little peek in the box and what I found was heaps of….. Books! I was so excited and then my energy of excitement just dropped on the ground but then it just got back up. I said to myself, “I love books!” I was too excited and I accidentally screamed louder than my usual scream.

I was so excited for the books that I suck inside with the books and then there were so many more books. I said to myself, “This is the best day of my life!” And it was the most exciting day of my life. But these books look so old I thought it was ancient there was so much dust on all of the books. Some of the pages were missing; they were ancient books! I couldn’t believe it . It was an amazing feeling to see so many books that were ancient. It was the best day of my life. I finally got to learn more things. It was so amazing to see so many ancient books. The ancient books didn’t have names on them but they did on the inside.

My grandma teaching me a knitting lesson

My grandma is teaching me how to knit a hat so then she told me when

This is my book that I read and this one was cool to read. it was about Alice going to wonderland and it was also about them meting Alice they were so excited they went through the same place as Alice,
